| | artistic | ] | I've been busy but I've still not taken my book out of the car. I'm also out of batteries so I can't take pictures of what I'm working on right now.. I have a trunk full of computer bits that will be incorporated into the new piece, if I can ever find ways to afix them. Currently in the works is "Project Remix", mixed media and acrylic on canvas; some interesting noise remixes and my plans for a cross country tour in July. I have a wedding in CA so I may as well take advantage of it. mmm.. I'm so busy I can't take the time to translate the set lists yet. I'm having a lot of fun though, in theory. ugh.. here's some silly pictures..

| | surprised | ] | This Wednesday (November 12th) we welcome back to FLuX DJ Jynx, who will be spinning 80's goth and hard industrial (You know, the rabid, spastic, guitar-driven industrial). Oh, and as if that wasn?t enough, to increase your interest, she will dj naked, and monkeys fly out of her ass! (little ones with wings). How about That!
-
FLuX is an 18+ nightclub (ID required) upstairs, and ZomBiE HiGH: a 21+ retro-night downstairs. Gates open at 8pm, and a generous $1.00 drink-special is offered until 11:30pm (ask our bartenders for details). Admission is only $4.00 or $6.00 if under 21. | | artistic | ] | and the verdict is..
I'm djing at Flux Nov 12. Sorry about the lack of notice, I didn't get much more. I've also been working on Mondays, but it's more for money than anything interesting and scene related. I've also been painting, I'll put up pictures when I deem them finished.. so maybe in 2 years, lol. I think that's about it. I need to get my ass in geer and find some good guest spots out of state. The apathy in CT is killing me. |

| | bouncy | ] | I guess the first thing I have to say is that I'm djing at Fit to Be Tied this friday night. I was thinking of doing a swing/punk/jazz set followed by industrial 1988-1994. It's a work in progress. I think it would help if I already had ordered my decks, but I have work for that. All those turn tables make me wish I had vinyl still, but alas it's all in CA with Hobbes.. eh, I'll get more and better stuff. I'm still playing with layout and fun LJ crap. What do you think of it now? |
